Change in Tour Itinerary

We appreciate your cooperation in accepting such modifications, and no grievances regarding these changes will be entertained during or after the tour.

Travel Program and Services
The scope of the travel services offered will be clear from the terms mentioned in the offer and travel confirmation provided to you. Any changes in services or the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control will be communicated to you as early as possible.
Performance and Price Changes
In rare cases, deviations from the agreed travel services may occur after the booking is confirmed. These changes will be permitted only if they do not significantly alter the overall quality of the services. In case of any such changes, we will notify you immediately and may offer you alternative services or rebooking options. In the event of significant changes, such as currency fluctuations or increases in energy prices, we reserve the right to adjust the price of the tour package.
In case of price increases exceeding 5%, you are entitled to cancel your booking within 10 days without any penalty.
Booking and Payments
To confirm your booking with us, you are required to pay 50% of the total amount upfront. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the tour. Failure to make full payment before the tour commences may result in cancellation without a refund.
Please ensure that all required travel documents, including passports and visas, are obtained before making a booking.
Passports, Visas, Customs, and Health Regulations
It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable travel, customs, and health regulations. Incredible Travel Retreat will inform you of the most important requirements before the trip. However, we are not responsible for delays or issues related to visas, customs, or health regulations unless caused by our negligence.
Services Not Included in Package Price
- Flights: Unless explicitly stated in the package description, international and domestic flights are not included in the package price. We can assist in booking flights upon request.
- Single Occupancy Surcharge: Most hotels offer double rooms, but single rooms are available for an additional fee. The surcharge will be listed in your tour price.
Liability
Incredible Travel Retreat is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, the information provided, or changes made to the itinerary. Our liability, in any case, will not exceed the amount paid for the tour package and will not include compensation for additional expenses.
